Cyan Innovation Design Studio began in 200? when Robert Chen and John Iacona got tired of seeing the shoddy work that so-called professional web design firms were doing for exorbitant prices. We decided, someone needed to be making stylish, intuitive, easy to use web sites, so why not us.
John Iacona:
John is the lead designer and developer for CyAn Innovatin. He is also a full time student at the University of Florida working on a dual degree in Computer Engineering and Mathematics. He has been working with the web as a creative medium in some capacity for over 8 years. He lives by the idea that everything about a project should be simple usable and beautiful. This is the goal when creating the designs and the code that runs them. He is somewhat of a split personality between designer and developer. He enjoys back-end coding (mainly in PHP) but believes that even the best system is nothing without an excellent user interface.
